Finland significantly increases funding for doctoral education starting 2024. The first round of funding is for 1000 PhD positions, of which 49 positions (and 12,5M€) is allocated to the field of Software Engineering. Five of these positions are in our Software Engineering Laboratory. The positions will be filled starting 1.8.2024 or 1.1.2025.
Key partners
The consortium consists of all of the major software engineering research groups in Finland, from Aalto, LUT, Tampere, Eastern Finland, Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Oulu, and Åbo Akademi University. The lead is Åbo Akademi.
