The goal of the RUOKAePELI project is to develop a food education game for primary school-aged children. The aim of the game is to increase children’s readiness to act as critical and conscious food consumers, so that they are able to simultaneously take into account several different dimensions of food and the impact to the environment and society.

Partners

The two-year project is carried out in collaboration with Brahea Development at the Brahea Centre in University of Turku.
